RISOTTO

Risotto is one of the dishes that I am asked about the most.  People think it is really complicated, but in actuality it just takes a few simple techniques and patience.  Once you learn the methodology behind the basic risotto, the variations are limited only to your imagination!

 

All of these services are billed at $40.00/hour (plus the cost of food/related materials).  In most cases, I can bring the necessary cookware, pans, knives or other needed tools.

 

Some more classic preparations include: 

 

  • Basic Parmesan Risotto

  • Seafood Risotto 

  • Mushroom Risotto 

  • Asparagus Risotto

White wine or Red wine can be used in combination with either chicken, beef or vegetable stock to alter the flavor profiles.
